Would you prefer to meet at our office or have us visit your studio? A site visit lets us see the floor, the gallery and the existing cabling first-hand.
What we should see beforehand
Can you send floor plans, equipment lists or photographs of the space? Even rough sketches help us arrive with relevant questions and make the meeting shorter.

Which producers, studio managers or crew leads should join? Deciding this in advance means questions about camera, lighting and sound are answered by the right people.
